As Chief Growth Officer, Ms. Farrens leads Casa Serena’s growth, outreach, and community engagement efforts. With nearly two decades of experience in trauma, mental health, and substance use treatment, Megan brings deep industry knowledge and genuine commitment to connecting women and families with the care they need. She oversees Admissions, the Alumni Program, referral partnerships, community education, and the Family Summit Workshops. Her work extends Casa Serena’s reach across the behavioral health community and helps ensure that more women find their way to lasting recovery.
