Verification of Benefits
The next step is to gather your insurance information so we can verify your benefits and discuss your coverage with you. Some HMO, EPO and PPO insurance plans cover the full cost of mental health and substance abuse treatment. Other plans may cover a portion of the cost. If your insurance does not cover treatment, or if you do not have private health insurance, we will discuss our payment options with you.
The third step in the admission process is the assessment, offered by phone. This assessment will help our medical and clinical team to understand the challenges and symptoms that have led you to seek treatment, as well as the goals and relationships that are motivating you to take this courageous step forward. The most appropriate level of care will be recommended and the foundation of your treatment plan will be developed based on the details provided in your assessment.
