Typically, most PPO, EPO, POS, and HMO plans will help cover most of the costs associated with treatment at our facility. At the current time, we are unable to accept Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or Medicare policies. We suggest contacting the number on the back of your insurance card or call 211 for a list of local Medicaid resources near you.
