With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education from Mississippi University for Women and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, MaKalia is experienced in the therapeutic process of treatment for individuals and families suffering with eating disorders, body image, substance abuse, and other co-occurring disorders. She also provides psycho education and facilitates groups throughout various levels of care.
