FAQ: Guadalupe Rehab at Casa Serena
Unlike generalized programs, we specialize in supporting women who are healing from substance use, trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and life transitions. Women from Guadalupe choose us because our Santa Barbara home provides structure, safety, and a compassionate community where women truly understand one another.
Yes. Many women come to Casa Serena with layered experiences, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, relationship distress, or unresolved trauma. Our clinicians use evidence-based therapies to support both substance use and mental health needs throughout all levels of care.
We provide a full continuum of services, including sub-acute detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programming, and sober living. This allows women to remain within a single trusted community throughout their recovery journey.
Length of stay varies depending on each woman’s needs, history, and goals. Residential treatment often ranges from 30 to 90 days, while outpatient and sober living support continue as long as needed. We work with each client to determine the most appropriate timeline for their healing.
