Fall Family Summit 2026
We are honored to invite you to Casa Serena’s premier Fall Family Summit—an intentionally designed weekend that brings together families, alumni, and clients in a shared space of connection, learning, and hope.
At Casa Serena, we know that recovery does not happen in isolation. It takes shape within families and thrives within communities. This immersive weekend was designed with that truth at its center—offering you the opportunity to deepen your understanding of addiction and recovery, build practical skills, and connect with others who understand this journey from the inside.
One of the most powerful elements of this summit is the presence of alumni and alumni family members who have walked this road before you. Their willingness to share their experience, strength and hope is at the heart of what makes this weekend unique.
We invite you to make a weekend of it. Santa Barbara is a beautiful city with a walkable downtown, acclaimed restaurants, and a warm, unhurried pace. Whether you are traveling from nearby or from across the country, we hope you will arrive a little early or stay a little longer.

Three Days in Santa Barbara
- Friday Evening: Welcome reception and informal connection at Millie’s House
- Saturday: Clinical education, Community BBQ, and skills-based family programming
- Sunday: Sound bowl experiential, multi-family process group, and closing lunch with family visitation

Santa Barbara offers a wide range of accommodations to suit every preference and budget. The following hotels are close to our facilities or offer a distinctive Santa Barbara experience, but we encourage you to explore the full range of options available:

No Cost to Attend
There is no cost to attend the Fall Family Summit. Our goal is to ensure this experience is accessible to every family in our community.

Space is limited and registration is required. To reserve your place, please email our Director of Admissions, Megan Farrens. Please include the names of all attendees in your party and any questions you may have. We will follow up with a confirmation and any additional details you need to prepare for the weekend.
